The Problem
Cybersecurity professionals and founders are drowning in noise. Threat feeds, CVE databases, and security blogs publish hundreds of updates daily, with no clear signal of what actually matters.
The client needed a mobile-first platform that could ingest this chaos, summarise it with AI, and present clean, prioritised briefings to users who simply don't have time to read everything.
The constraint: it had to ship fast. The window to establish early traction was narrow.
The Solution
We designed a three-layer system: an ingestion pipeline that pulls content from curated cybersecurity sources, an AI summarisation layer powered by OpenAI, and a delivery layer serving clean feeds to both a React Native mobile app and an admin CMS.
The admin panel gave the client full content control, approving, editing, or pinning AI-generated summaries before they reach users. Bookmarking and read-state tracking were built into the mobile app from day one.
Execution
Week one: architecture, data models, API design, and project scaffolding across all three surfaces. Week two: core feed and AI pipeline live in staging. Weeks three and four: mobile app, admin CMS, bookmarking, and production deployment.
The client reviewed working software every 48–72 hours. No surprise reveals, continuous delivery throughout.
